The DZ220 is the functionally compatible and more powerful successor to our proven DZ260 series.

The DZ220 multi-function device is a powerful solution for controlling and evaluating incremental and absolute encoders as well as displacement transducers with a start-stop interface.
The device is also optionally available as DZ220/RL with an additional 4 relay outputs.

• Incremental encoder: Supports frequency and position transducers (pulse counters)      with universal inputs (HTL/TTL/RS422) and input frequencies up to 1 MHz.

• SSI absolute encoder: Functions as master or slave with clock frequencies up to      2 MHz and supports SSI formats from 10 to 32 bits.

• Displacement      transducer: Enables precise measurements  in master or slave mode.

• Pulse input in format A, B, 90° [HTL] or
   A, /A, B, /B [RS422], single-ended also possible

• Input      frequency up to 1 MHz

• SSI  input / output in CLOCK+, CLOCK-, DATA+, DATA- [RS422] format, 32 bit

• SSI  clock frequency 100 kHz ... 2 MHz

• Start-stop  interface for absolute displacement transducers and magnetostrictive  sensors

• 4  control outputs

• 16-bit  analog output (± 10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA)
